Another new beginning for me
For good reason
For good health
I want
-my body age younger or same as my current age
-have a healthy quantitative measurement on BMI, waist-hip, fat, cell
-low risk of high risk disease such as heart attack, cancer, bla..bla...
-better body image, increased confident, no camera-shy, camera friendly from any angle
-to have no problem choose & wear my favorite outfit
